How do we estimate implementation time for your customers?

Implementation time is based on:

• Size of the team

• Industry complexity

• Number of platforms used (CRM, ERP, etc.)

• Workflow maturity

• Tech readiness (e.g., data hygiene, integrations)

We use a 30-minute pre-engagement audit to produce a timeline and effort estimate. Generally, our range is 2 to 8 weeks for full rollout.

How long does it take for a company to see ROI?

Most clients start seeing measurable returns within 60 to 90 days, depending on:

• How manual their previous processes were

• How fast they adopt AI automations

• Whether their bottlenecks are revenue-generating or cost-saving

We track ROI with built-in analytics dashboards and client review sessions.

Is there a dedicated point of contact post-sale?

Absolutely. Each client is assigned a Client Success Lead (CSL) who handles weekly updates, and progress check-ins, and is the primary contact post-sale.

What do we need from a company to do an audit?

Our baseline audit requires:

• List of daily/weekly recurring tasks

• Access to their current tools and apps (viewer access is enough)

• Team size and role structure

• KPIs they want to improve

Optional: A quick Loom video or call walkthrough helps accelerate the process.

What should the customer bring to the second meeting after the introduction session? How long is it?

The second call is typically 30–45 minutes and includes:

• A walkthrough of their pain points

• Discussion of custom solutions and expected ROI

They should bring:

• Access to key workflow insights or data

• Clarity on current software/tools used

• Their #1 strategic goal for automation (revenue, time savings, cost reduction)

Is there a baseline revenue requirement?

While we don’t have a strict revenue threshold, we typically work with companies making $1M+ in annual revenue, or with teams of 5+ people who manage operations, leads, or customer communication. Exceptions are made for fast-growing startups or high-leverage businesses.

Will clients need to do anything once the system is in place?

Post-installation, clients need to:

• Approve workflows or automations

• Provide access for integrations

• Attend bi-weekly check-ins (15–30 mins)

Everything else runs on autopilot after implementation.

Can we show real-time analytics to demonstrate ROI?

Depending on the type of engagement we can provide:

Client dashboard views that show task time saved, cost reduction, and lead conversion improvements

• Optionally, before/after comparisons with sample data (e.g., “ABC Company”)

• Quarterly efficiency reports for continued optimization

What questions should we ask every business to understand fit and potential?

We always ask:

• What are your most repetitive or manual tasks?

• Where do your teams spend the most time that doesn’t generate revenue?

• What tools are you currently paying for but underusing?

• Where do delays or mistakes usually happen?

How are we different from other streamlining or automation companies?

• We offer a flat-fee model, not a recurring subscription.

• You get a custom-built system, not a template.

• We use AI strategically—not just automation, but intelligent delegation and workflow design.

• Fast turnaround: Most clients are up and running within 4–8 weeks.

• Service Guarantee: We'll keep working with you until your contracted work process is automated as per the agreed-upon milestones.

What’s the #1 inefficiency we consistently notice?

Most companies waste enormous time on repetitive admin tasks that could be delegated to an AI assistant—things like lead follow-up, data entry, proposal creation, status updates, or customer replies.

These “small” tasks cost teams 20–30% of their workweek.
